• Express Delivery option is only available on weekdays from 9 AM to 3 PM and on weekends from 9 AM to 12 PM.
• Standard Delivery for orders confirmed before 2 PM on weekdays will be dispatched the same day and delivered within 2-3 working days. Orders confirmed after 2 PM will be dispatched the following day with the same delivery timeframe.
• Only payment method accepted is PAYable Link Payment (Card Payment).
• Refunds will be processed within 5 working days.
• Temperature-controlled medicines will only be delivered within Colombo 1 – 15.
• Business hours are from 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM excluding Mercantile Holidays.
• Medical devices and medicines are non-returnable/non-exchangeable post-sale.
• Quotation validity period is 2 days for all quotations.
